Shipping & Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared and packed by our small team.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 3–8 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are a guide only and may vary during launch periods, pre-orders or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Returns
We hope you love your order. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund.
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery by emailing shop@joyhysteric.com
Approved items must then be shipped back within 5 days of return approval, with tracking details provided.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Objects
- Artwork
- Jewellery
- Swimwear
- Sale items
- Limited release or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
Return requests must be approved prior to sending items back. Return instructions and address details will be provided once approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact shop@joyhysteric.com and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact shop@joyhysteric.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photographs where possible.
Pre-orders & Limited Releases
Some pieces may be produced in limited quantities or made to order. Estimated production timeframes will always be noted on individual product pages.
